High school is an exciting, anxious, nerve-wracking time! Some students have their life's course all mapped out. Many have a general direction they want to go in but don't know where they'll get the resources for the trip. And a few don't know where to even begin.
Opportunities for career exploration give young people broader exposure to the working world they will one day enter. It helps them “connect the dots” between education and career in ways that keep them motivated to graduate with the skills they will need for the future.
Here, you can follow students as they explore career options and chart their course to graduation. You can celebrate each new accomplishment, admire their ability to learn something from their failures, and encourage them to endure and persevere in the subjects that cause them the most frustration.
